A Frog’s Dream Consultation Process
Thank you for considering A Frog’s Dream Aquatic Services for your pond and water feature needs.
We welcome the opportunity to provide you with our superior customer service, quality work and an experience that exceeds expectations.
Because we’re not your typical pond contractor, our Consultation process is a bit different as well. Each step is designed to provide you with a friendly, informative and low pressure experience to decide if A Frog’s Dream is the right contractor for your needs.
Step One: Submit your contact info, project details and photos.
First, please fill out the short contact information form (Link below).
Include any special notes regarding your project in the space provided.
Next, upload some photos of the areas needing work.
We don’t need award winning quality here, simple cell phone photos will be fine.
For example: If you have an existing pond a few pictures of the pond, a picture of the pump, and a picture of your filtration would be great!
If you are thinking about a water feature a couple pictures of the area you are thinking about installing your new feature would be great!
We probably won’t use one of these, but you we’re sure you get the picture.
Step Two: An honest and detailed phone conversation about your project.
Before we ask you to interrupt your busy life for a face-to-face appointment, after we receive your pictures we start the process with a 10-15min call to determine your needs.
By the end of this call you’ll have an idea what your project will cost and whether A Frog’s Dream is the right contractor for you.
No pressure, no games, just straightforward talk to see if we’re a good fit.
Step Three: Schedule a face-to-face consultation.
Once you’ve determined that A Frog’s Dream is the right contractor for you, we can schedule an in-person consultation.
During this meeting we will review your needs, provide a detailed proposal and get your project scheduled.
It’s as simple as that!
